What is a canvas?

Canvas is a piece of linen pulled on a wooden sub-frame
which “irons out” and tightens the linen. One can paint on it,
but offers you to create a piece of art in the form of a printed canvas using the picture you selected.

Canvasses can be combined, adding a special feeling to your room.
For example, a picture of a big canvas can be split into four smaller canvasses
making an original accent in your home design. You can also choose to create a collage or a composition of several canvasses.

How to take care of your canvas?

The most careful and appropriate way of maintenance is to clean it with a soft tissue.

Does the printed canvas undergo any additional treatment?

Of course! After it is printed, each canvas linen is specially treated
using a special varnish, which will protect your canvas from dust
and harmful UV radiation, so that the picture keeps its quality for life.

How to choose the correct distance between canvasses,
if I order a multi-canvas?

For a composition of canvasses to look magnificent,
the standard distance between canvasses should be 3 to 5 cm.

Which image file formats
can I upload to the website?

You can upload .JPEG and .PNG file formats to our website.

My file format is not supported by your website’s
upload tool (for example, PDF, RAW). What do I do?

Please contact us, we will try to create a canvas from the image file format you have.

What is the maximum file size
I can upload to your website?

You can upload files up to 50MB to our website,
if your file is bigger, please, contact us,
and we will find the possibility to create a canvas from the file you have.

What image file size should I have
to create a high-quality canvas?

We work with different image file sizes,
but at least 2 MB or larger files are advised,
so that no additional processing is required
and you can be certain of the crystal clear resolution of the canvas.

How long does it take to make a canvas?

We will make your canvas within 1-2 days upon reception of your order.
The order is delivered within 2 – 5 days depending on the location of the addressee.
You can track the status of your order in your profile.

What are the order receiving options?

We will deliver your order using services of DPD courier service
to the address at your convenience, which you indicated when you made your order.

Can I change the contact information indicated in the order?

If you need to change your delivery address or other contact information,
contact by e-mail
You can change your delivery address in "My Account" before you make your order.

Will you inform me, when my order is shipped?

Yes, we will inform you by e-mail
when your order will be transferred to a courier.

Who delivers my order?

We will deliver your order using services of DPD courier service.


How do I pay for my order?

  • You can pay via Visa, Maestro and MasterCard payment cards.
  • If you have settlement accounts in SEB, Citadele, Swedbank or Nordea, you can pay for the ordered canvas using BankLink systems of these banks.
  • You can also pay using Paysera and WebMoney electronic money, as well as at the cash desks of MAXIMA network shops (to do this you need to print out the invoice which you received in the order confirmation e-mail).

Is it safe to pay through website?

The security of your payments is guaranteed by Paysera 3D and SSL security certificates, which comply with the highest global security standards.

How do I use my gift card?

When you make your order, enter the unique code of your
gift card, when you choose a payment method. It will serve
as a payment method for the defined amount on the card.

How long is a gift card valid?

You should use your gift card within 12 months from its purchase.

I am not satisfied with the quality of the order
received from, how do I get my money back?

A 100% satisfied customer is our priority, therefore, please contact us,
if you are not satisfied with the quality of your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

My order was damaged during shipment, what do I do?

We do everything possible to make your order delivered to you in a perfect condition,
but problems may occur from time to time. Take a picture of the damages and contact us.
We will send you a new canvas immediately.

Can I purchase a canvas of a bigger or smaller size
than those offered on your website?

Of course! Contact us to receive detailed information
about available sizes, we will make a canvas you want.
